Delete account and data

You can delete your Vulkania account and the data tied to it at any time.

In the app

Open Play online, go to Account and tap Delete account (version 0.9.71 or later). If you signed in with Apple, the app asks you to confirm with Apple so access is revoked too. Deletion is immediate.

By email

If you cannot open the app, write to hola@venoudev.com from your account email with the subject Delete account. If you used Apple's hidden email, tell us that address. We confirm and delete within 15 business days.

What is deleted

Your account, email, name, Google or Apple identifiers, access tokens, rooms and free-games counter.

What is kept

Store purchase records, unlinked from you, so they can be restored if you come back with the same store account and for accounting duties. Ongoing match copies are deleted automatically after 14 days and technical logs per the hosting provider's retention.

Deleting the account does not cancel store purchases: refunds are requested from the App Store or Google Play.
